Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase only if the product meets one of the following criteria:

For All Access subscriptions, refunds are not available. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.
