By accessing or using the CodeSeek platform and its services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.

CodeSeek offers resources through different license models:

• One-Time Purchase: You pay a single fee to license a specific digital resource.
• Subscriptions: We offer monthly and annual subscription plans ("All Access") that provide access to our entire collection of resources for the duration of the subscription period.

All licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable.

A One-Time Purchase grants you a license to:

• Use the resource in an unlimited number of personal and commercial projects.
• Modify the resource to fit your project needs.
• Receive access to the purchased version of the resource for as long as it is available on the CodeSeek platform ("Continuous Access").

This license does not grant rights to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the resource, even if modified.
• Receive free major updates, which may be considered new products. Minor updates for bug fixes may be provided at our discretion.

An active All Access subscription grants you a license to:

• Access and download all current and future resources available on the platform.
• Receive all updates for all resources during your subscription period.
• Use the resources in unlimited projects, subject to the general use restrictions.

If your subscription is canceled or expires, you will lose access to download new products and updates. You may continue to use resources you downloaded and implemented in projects before the subscription ended.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using our resources for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of our products.
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing our products or your account access.
• Using our products to create a competing service or product.

The resources on CodeSeek are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall CodeSeek or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
